The Library will supply you with the recipes and spice mixes she is using so you can either cook along or watch Huma prep and cook, and then make these great dishes at your convenience.
On the menu are Sajji Shrimp (shrimp cooked with red onions, garlic, cilantro, and White Jasmine Sajji Masala and Vegetable Tagine (potatoes, red pepper, zucchini, and spinach cooked in a tomato sauce, whole cumin, and White Jasmine Tandoori Masala).
