Saving Monarch Butterflies

Wednesday, May 31st — 4:30pm

Join us for a program all about saving monarch butterflies! Lois Lehmann, local monarch expert, will be here to talk about the importance of monarch butterflies to our environment and local ecosystem. She'll discuss the how we can help prevent butterflies from going extinct and show us how to spot milkweed, a caterpillar's favorite snack, as well as how to grow some in your backyard or garden. This program is appropriate for both adults and kids—everyone is welcome!

Registration is not required, but is appreciated—please call Kelly at the library at 608-798-3381 to let us know you're coming!
