Rejuvenate Yourself with Spring Tonics

Herbalist Kathleen Wildwood, founder and director of the Wildwood Instiute in Madison, will join us online and help us clear out the winter cobwebs.  Spring is the season of the year when old energies are cleared away and bodies renew themselves. Traditional herbal spring tonics, easily grown in your yard, can help you do this safely, gently, and effectively. In this workshop, you will learn about the modern uses of these wonderful herbs for improved metabolism, stable moods and clear skin, and how to do a six-week spring tune-up. Kathleen will also demonstrate how to make a Dandelion Blossom Spring Facial with dandelions from your yard.
