Part-time Circulation Manager
The Rosemary Garfoot Public Library seeks a friendly, detail-oriented, and organized person to serve as a part-time Circulation Manager. This is one of two circulation manager positions at the library. Library experience is preferred.
Responsibilities include assisting in managing all aspects of circulation, managing part-time library assistants, providing customer service, and all other duties as listed in the position description.
Successful candidates will have good communication skills, ability to flex schedules, the ability to prioritize, and be proficient with technology. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively are a must.
The work schedule is set up on a rotation basis and includes days, evening and Saturday hours. Hours are 28 per week. Due to the pandemic, a temporary schedule is in place through the end of August. The wage is $12.25 per hour. After successful completion of a 6 months probation period, this position will receive pro-rated vacation hours. After reaching 1200 hours of employment, this position receives Wisconsin retirement benefits.
